🔁 Returns

  • Products can be returned within 2 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • A valid reason and proof (image/video) must be provided.

💰 Refunds

  • Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll inform you about the refund status.
  • If approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or mishandled items
  • Items on clearance/final sale
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., baby products, kitchen cloths)
